History and vanguard
Finetornos began its activities in 1976 based on the ideology and entrepreneurship of its founder Hernandes Fim, a professional with broad experience in the machining sector with national and multinational companies.
Throughout these years we have brought solutions to several operation markets, comprised of leading multinational companies, in complete synergy with the best corporate practices regarding management, health and safety, ethics, sustainability and respect towards the environment.

On its second generation, our executive board is composed of engineers with solid professional and entrepreneurial experience within the business segments, combining a modern, agile and innovative management in synchronism with the speed and momentum of the technological and economic evolution of national and international markets.

Finetornos works with clients since the moment of new projects creation throughout refinement and evolutive and disruptive innovation of products; developing and manufacturing machined parts and components with agility, quality and reliability.
With the goal of supplying a complete solution, we use validated processes and certificates of complementary mechanical assembly.

Our industrial park is composed of INDEX turning centers, ROMI Machining Centers 03 and 04 axis and MAZAK high speed centers.
The high standardization of our machines allows a wide flexibility and scheduling of manufacturing cells, as well as the definition of contingency plans that ensure the mitigation of operational risks.
Our metrology operates in a climatized and controlled environment, complete with a range of instruments with traceable patterns and equipped with CNC 3D coordinate measuring machines, with measuring by comparison software.
Our engineering team uses the CAM NX tool with direct interfaces with the main software for industrial projects, such as:

Based on Lean Manufacturing concepts, our layout is planned in order to benefit the continuous flow of materials through the numerous sectors of production.
In turn, our information flow is supported by an electronic system (ERP), ensuring complete traceability, communication agility and flexibility for the alignment of prioritizations, benefiting the commitment of our teams with deadlines observance.
The production planning, programming and control (PPPC) is supported by a modern software tool that balances cells using the Dynamic Distribution of Operations (DDO).
Associated with an efficient system that collects the operators notes (Manufacturing Execution System – MES) we implemented a management oriented to the reduction of cycles, elimination of losses and enhancement of our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
